We work closely with customers on roofing repair and replacement that is covered by their insurance company. Prior to the project starting we will contact your insurance agent to insure all parties are on the same page with any claim.

Every potential job starts with a free inspection and project estimate. We can usually schedule the estimate for the same day or within the next two days of your call. During the inspection, our contractor will examine the problem areas to diagnose the issue. We’ll also speak with you about your concerns and wishes for the project. After the inspection, you’ll get an accurate price estimate for work on the same day. We happily submit bids for commercial projects too.

Most projects are scheduled within one to two weeks. During the busy season it may be three to four weeks from your acceptance of our bid. However, we typically only take three to five days to complete a project. Once we start your project, we don’t stop until it’s complete. You won’t see us leaving to take on other work in-between.

Soffit & Fascia

We use a T4CV (triple 4 center vent) soffit to insure maximum ventilation in your roof. This will help with utility costs as well.

Metal Roofing Systems

Tuff Rib metal roofing system – Exposed fasteners will need maintenance every 10 to 15 years.

Standing seam metal roofing system – Concealed fasteners. Maintenance free.

All metal roofing systems will be vented through the ridge of your roof to insure maximum ventilation.

Roof Maintenance

Snow removal – It is highly recommended to keep the snow load off of your roof in the winter time. Weight of the snow can affect the structure of the building as well as the roofing material. We offer snow removal service at a discounted rate for customers.
